What is the CCSV
A government subsidy that supports ageing in place
The Community Care Service Voucher (CCSV) is a government subsidy scheme. Through a 'money-follows-the-user' model, assessed frail seniors can choose the community care services that fit their needs, helping them continue to age in their familiar community and home.
As a recognised CCSV provider, Going Home offers subsidised home nursing, rehabilitation and daily care for voucher holders. From assessment and application to everyday care, our registered nurse team accompanies you throughout.
Subsidy Levels
Government subsidy of about 60% to 95%
The government sets co-payment tiers based on household income. Beneficiaries pay only about 5% to 40%, with the rest subsidised.

Standardised Care Need Assessment
An SWD-recognised assessor conducts the Standardised Care Need Assessment to determine the senior's level of impairment and care needs.
Waitlisting & Voucher Invitation
Eligible seniors join the Central Waiting List and are invited to the voucher scheme. By declaring household income, the co-payment level is determined, and the voucher follows shortly.
Choose Going Home as Your Provider
Once the voucher is granted, choose Going Home. Our registered nurse visits to understand needs and creates a personalised care plan.
Begin Professional Care
Care begins according to the plan — home nursing, rehabilitation and daily care — with us handling all voucher administration throughout.
